All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship across India through reliable courier partners.

Available shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping

Shipping availability may vary depending on your location.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping: ₹69

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹699

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • A tracking link to monitor delivery status

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.


6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect address details

  • Natural events beyond our control

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.


9. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos immediately.

  • Include your Order ID and images.

We will arrange replacement or resolution after verification.
